People. Planet. Profit.™

In the Fall of 2015, one entrepreneur’s dream of building a recreation cabin came together with two other brilliant minds. The result is EnKind Homes.

With experience in building wealth through creative investment and cash flowing real estate, the EnKind team has been involved in over 500 real estate transactions ranging from small condos to townhomes to detached homes and multi family to building an $8M house in Anmore. Our team has partnered with the best, highly reputable modular builders and industry leaders to ensure our EnKind investors, home builders, and fellow entrepreneurs are taken care of from right the start.

We believe in action taking, building wealth by always thinking outside the box, and to never listen to those that tell you it’s not possible. We wholeheartedly embrace all people, the planet, and profit.

Amy Leong

VP Sales & Marketing

Amy obtained her Bachelor of Communications from Simon Fraser University while working full time at Telus. She saved every penny so she could become a homeowner. When asked about her first purchase, she laughs and says she “fell in love with the shower head in the presentation centre display home and had to have the whole condo”. Amy still owns this one bedroom and den condo in South Surrey’s Morgan Crossing and now keeps it as a rental property along with four others in her portfolio. After a successful career with Telus Mobility, Amy went on to selling condo and town home developments before moving into residential resale full-time. Amy then went on to run a top real estate team called YVR4SALE whose listings have been featured in Love it or List it Vancouver, Daily Hive, Tower Trip magazine and The Georgia Straight.
